This year, I was invited to participate in the Binneale of Contemporary Sacred art in Menton, France. This resulted in an interesting stopover in Istanbul. I had a little time to explore the city, but I plan to return to it again in the future.
Over in France, I visited my aging grandparents, now nearly 90 years old. They have to leave their home in Ukraine because of the war and were now living in Nice, France. While there, I was invited to a private event in Cannes, which led to some of my paintings being hung in Cannes and in Monaco. I did not have enough artwork with me, so I bought supplies and worked even more than I normally work while home, in my studio. The paintings are now hanging in Croissette Concept Salon in Cannes and in Aldo Copala Salon in Monaco.
Upon coming back to Mexico, I almost immediately got ready to go to San Miguel de Allende for an art show at the Bordello Galleria. In late September, I will be going to Shreveport, Louisiana, to participate in the red revel art festival. These are all the news from now. More soon.
