Overall, the last few months had been a slow time. I was not doing any shows or much promotion. I was painting what I consider to be some of my best work, including psychedelic and surrealist work on round canvases, as well as new pleine air works. A gallery in MN, USA picked up a number of my works for representation. I participated in a fundraiser for Ukraine at Casa de Europa, in San Miguel de Allende. I also purchased a number of paintings from artists living and working in Ukraine, to support them during the Russian invasion. At present, I own works from 6 contemporary Ukrainian artists, and I intend to expand that collection, depending on my finances. More sales of my own originals and mixed media reproductions will allow me to send even more money to Ukraine.
